Actually there is this bagel shop, the ladies who own it come from somewhere in South Jersey. I think they use Bundt pans to make the bagels and I don't think they ever sleep. Everytime you go in there no matter what time of day or night, the bagels taste like they just came out of the oven.

I would have said the same thing if you had posted a pic of Chicago (mostly). I like the thickness but it drives me nuts when they drown it in sauce and make it backwards. There are some great Chicago pie joints that make it thick and the cheese is on top not the middle.

Agreed. Philly rolls, bread, pretzels, and pizza are numero uno! It’s something in the water.
