Even at .50 an hour wouldn’t even come close to $466

So you were payed $0.70 from Aug 1st till 1/21/19 ($12.50 + $0.70 standard increase). $13.30 is over the new starting minimum. On 1/21/19 you were converted to $15 and payed $2.50 for all hours worked till February something when $15 started showing on the check.

So at minimum every part timer at least was payed at $0.70hr from 8/1/18-1/21/19. Now everyone making $15 will just have to wait till 8/1/21 for their next wage increase.

Okay I think I figured it all out after talking with my co-workers today.

Take your wage before August 1st 2018.
Add $0.70 if over $13. Your retro pay from 8/1/18-1/21/19 is at $0.70hr.
If you made less then $13 with the wage increase.
Your retro pay from 8/1/18-1/21/19 is at the difference (wage - $13).
Now if pre August 1st wage + $0.70 is over $15 congratulations you do not get you wage stuck for 3 years.
Anyone who made it in the union before August 1st was converted to $15 on 1/21/19. You will not see a wage increase till 8/1/21

I see now, well that makes sense. I get what the union is doing here but god they need to be nicer to me lol, I wanted at least a $1000 back. Thanks again dude for the clarification, been working at UPS for 5 years and you start to realize that no one knows anything at all it’s all rumors and Misunderstandings.

I honestly don't think the contract was clear how any of this works. I think ups might have played it safe. Needless to say :censored2: the 705 slate, vote them out. Only 30% voted on the contract. So like 2-3k could vote them out. 705 does not believe in consent to :censored2: the part-timers. Pushing a contract right after peak.....
