I thought I would just start this thread now since it's inevitable.
We still got to vote. Then we shall see vote nada
The union doesn't care about your vote. It will be pushed through.
Vote nada. And let's see what happens. We never took a strike vote so it's not last and final
The IBT president is free to interpret the Constitution as he sees fit. If Hoffa says it's the last and final it is.
Is that a fact if bug says it is IL believe him but not you
Your wish is my command. Here you go...
Dennis Taylor threatens to overrule no vote
Serious question. If we vote no and we reach all thresholds. Then what kind of power does national have. Not interested in opinions just the facts
Thanks. And if he does that should go over real well with the public. Might as well bring right to work to killlinios.
Got another question. I remember you talking about the cap with insurance for retirement. I think can you elaborate so I can inquire if we getting same or better.
With the new contract we have no cap for retirement H&W.
That's awesome I'm actually happy for you and your local. Another question. How much is your pension per full time year. Or for 25 full time or 30. And how much is the part time pension.
Strike strike strike
Local 710 UPS Teamsters Secure Impressive Tentative Agreement
We don't have a set amount for 25 or 30 years. We have PEER 80. PT at the end of the contract will get $11.11 an hour up to 2080 contributed into their pension and FT will be $13.31 an hour
Package Car Drivers to be allowed to wear hoodies under uniforms
Part time hip hop stars, your calls have been answered.
I seem to recall a few people on here say beards aren't a contact issue, I think this shows otherwise
No it doesn't.
The Union fighting for better clothing to protect against the elements is a contractual issue.
Beards are not.
Because wearing a hoodie is the only way to keep warm.
Everything is a contractual issue if we want it to be.
This is nothing new, we’ve been allowed to wear hoodies at 710 for a couple years now, so dumb to list that as a victory.
