If you bid a route for the week and the employer forces to move you 9.5 protection is still in play. That is if you bid a route. Also only if you a rpcd, cover drivers drivers do not get protection or 22.4

ive been driving for about 2 years now and I filed a grievance for 3 9.5s in a work week. Will the grievance be paid or not? I’m confused people at my center say no but aren’t for sure.

4 years and under gets compensated for the violation only if you’re on the same route. If you’re over 4 years or full scale, you can be on any route and get compensated for violating the provisions of 9.5.
