We still don't have any 22.4 drivers.

You must work in a really small center. Here we have 22.4s (some already converted to RPCD), cover drivers, air drivers and Sat air drivers.

No we have guys in progression. I just think the company doesn't want to pay the pension money by converting them in to full time 22.4 drivers.

Yes but I ask why would we need to? 22.4’s supposedly going to take all OT, guys on here already saying they’re not getting 40 hours

Hasn't happen here yet. We've had 22.4s for a while.
