That looks like a normal day here.
All 4 of my trucks look like that every day when I punch out.

Trucks can be that full, sure, but it does look pretty messy.
Front shelf by the cart looks empty, as does the floor underneath it.
As before mentioned, smalls don't belong in the aisle unless you don't like your driver.
And if nothing else, I'd pull the middle bulk back to give the driver room to sort.
If I can't make it decent, at least give him a way to try.

Deplorable.
Run the load in sequence order. Anything with a HIN higher than 4999 gets tossed to the rear and sorted later in the day on their time, not on yours.

ed.The route I’ve been doing has stops from the same block, same side of the street on two different shelves (1175 and 8150).
We leave super late. I just do my irregs to give me max room, then start my pickups. Then I drive back in to unload pickups. Drive out again and continue delivering till 10 PM, and come back with 120 stops, 10+ missed business, and like 1/2 my NDA undelivered. Rinse and repeat
