No, Trump is using a law in place that gives him the right to do what he's doing. If Obama didn't get what he wanted he just created a regulation and signed it into action with an executive order. He was creating law, which is delegated to Congress. Trump is in much better legal standing than Obama would've been if the Republicans had challenged him in court. They were too worried about losing elections to try that.Sameing difference bro.
