Drivers? Hardly a dent.
Just don't be like them dumazzes in New Jersey who voted the union down. How freakin pathetically stupid were those idiots? What a bunch ofNope, freight would be the first drivers to go union.
I could not agree with you more.Just don't be like them dumazzes in New Jersey who voted the union down. How freakin pathetically stupid were those idiots? What a bunch ofes dude lol.
That would be the plan.
"Not necessarily" is pretty vague there Sammy. Why don't you prove ME wrong? Not necessarily. Prove me wrong.
Till you get too cheap and then you can't retain your workforce or hire new employees. They might not touch the minuscule raises, but there are benefits they could go after. Newhires won't know any better, and if senior couriers quit they get replaced with cheaper employees. It's a win-win for the company. In a competitive environment they have to keep prices as low as possible
I'm not in a position to prove anything. Express couriers are. Organize."Not necessarily" is pretty vague there Sammy. Why don't you prove ME wrong?
I believe there are 9 more FX Freight locations that have filed for a representation election (including at least 2 more in NJ).Good news...but 47

Would you care to explain how you would go about organizing Ground? We can organize FedEx Freight and FedEx Ground without any changes to the RLA - they're under the NLRA.
Lame. Tell that to Pittsburgh.I'm not in a position to prove anything.
I'm telling it to you. When Express begins to follow Freight in unionizing REGARDLESS THE HURDLE IMPOSED BY THE RLA, you will have proved that Freight organizing has had an effect on couriers. The fact is that most will be unwilling to jeopardize their positions when they realize the difference between RLA and NLRA.Lame. Tell that to Pittsburgh.

That's been the case since Ground was RPS. Do you think the Teamsters will try?The Ground hubs can be organized conventionally, one-by-one. The drivers are a different story.
