Nah. What we have is a clear case of Trump breaking numerous laws and abusing his office. Accusing Schiff falsely of not following the law and procedures is where racism and bigotry could and probably are considerations.

Sorry, Sensitive Snowflake. I'm actually trying to "Think like Trump", which means to cater to and acknowledge your base(s) whenever possible. With "Shifty Schiff" Trump (possibly) simultaneously name calls and gives a shout out to the David Duke lunatic fringe of the GOP. Maybe it's accidental, but maybe not, because Trump has a long history of nebulous insults/remarks that can be taken several ways. That's the way he operates, so if he can get a "twofer" by insulting Schiff and letting the Alt Right think he's making a Jewish slur, Trump "wins".
