I was told that I had passed my panel interview and was in the candidate pool and could expect to hear back in a week or two. Does this mean i most likely got the job. This is for an ISR in phoenix btw.

Like Photog (and you) said, you're in the pool.

Candidates are normally only chosen from the pool, so just keep swimming. (Check with your local HR rep though since MRE may be a different process.)
