Play your game, the man could forego criminal prosecution by simply telling Mueller what he wants to hear, with no further loss of cash. He refuses, loosing attorney fees by the minute, yet he fights. This ain't civil court, he can't re-coop attorney's fees, and is in jeopardy of life in prison. And all it takes is to agree with whatever Mueller says, and walk away, free, clear.
