Thanks for setting me straight, Nazi.shows what you know commie
But, but it's Russian collusion! It's all in the dossier! Trump stole the election with Putin's help! We're all naive simpletons or blind partisans to believe otherwise! Hillary was robbed! And she and her campaign did nothing inappropriate! Obama administration didn't use FISA court to spy on Trump! Republican conspiracy theories!!!!!!!!!!!!!they said mccabe ordered struzk to doctor flynns 3o2 report to make it look like he lied. That is one of the things in the ig report that is going to come out
The decision to fire him was made long before the OPR recommendation. And Drumpf's tweets verify it was politically motivated.https://lawandcrime.com/legal-analy...-slams-mccabe-should-be-worried-about-prison/
it appears McCabe’s ouster was in line with the law and he should probably be thankful he’s not facing criminal charges for the behavior that led to said ouster.
George Washington University School of Law Professor Jonathan Turley predicted McCabe’s firing some time ago. Turley discussed the firing today in an interviewwith CNN‘s Michael Smerconish.
First, Turley moved to dismiss widespread liberal accusations that McCabe’s firing was some sort of heavy-handed political payback by the Trump administration. Rather, Turley said, McCabe’s firing was a suggestion originally made by Inspector General and Obama appointee Michael Horowitz–and therefore a suggestion Jeff Sessions simply could not ignore.
Turley noted:
[McCabe’s firing] was justified in the sense that these were career officials–at the Office of Professional Responsibility–that made this recommendation which is exceedingly rare. In fact, it’s unprecedented for someone in this position. These are not political appointees. The OPR, quite frankly, is not viewed as a particularly aggressive office. So, all of that makes this a relatively rare sanction coming from career officers. They clearly concluded that McCabe misled them–and that he misled them on one of the core issues they were investigating, not a collateral issue.
What Trump wanted didn't matter. McCabe got caught red handed and paid the price. When all of this is over and it's clear that elements within the DOJ and FBI conspired to stop Trump's election and afterwards sought to bring down his presidency, are you going to deny the ever growing mountain of evidence confirming that or will you hang on to the narrative that Trump colluded with Russia in spite of impartial professionals' proven conclusions to the contrary? The decision to fire him was made long before the OPR recommendation. And Drumpf's tweets verify it was politically motivated.
You're better than that, you're gonna have to pick a stop and get off the train, if not it's gonna be back to the egg on the face I've been telling you about. You don't have to join the other side, you can just back away quietly. No need to soil yourself alongside the other conspirators. The decision to fire him was made long before the OPR recommendation. They have yet to release the IG report. Until that is released and the exact reasons for firing are released, this looks purely a retaliatory move.As someone who is wholeheartedly anti-Trump, I’d recommend to fellow lefties that they not pursue this as a political issue. Yes, Trump wanted McCabe fired. Yes, it looks like a dick move to can him 48 hours before he can get full retirement. But even the FBI OPR recommended it. Lying is not something an FBI agent can do.
Going after this is just gonna make the left look like whiney babies. Trump is the worst. And there’s plenty of legitimately stupid/likely traitorous to go after him for. This isn’t it.
If I wanted to read dumb riddles I'd open up a Dr. Seuss book. You're better than that, you're gonna have to pick a stop and get off the train, if not it's gonna be back to the egg on the face I've been telling you about. AG shouldn't lie under oath either. Jeff "I don't recall" Sessions should fire himself. As someone who is wholeheartedly anti-Trump, I’d recommend to fellow lefties that they not pursue this as a political issue. Same difference.Right. But he went with “I don’t recall”, unfortunately.

Same difference.
If the reasons are just then there should be no problem releasing the report. The FBI OPR has seen the report, right? Would they have issued their recommendation if it would soon be revealed upon the IG report’s release that it was a purely retaliatory move?
It’s sorta like with UPS. Management having wanted to fire you isn’t sufficient reason on its own to contest your firing. Just don’t give them a reason to in the first place.
You've have some street smarts but obviously not much book learnins, as we say in the south. Chart your own course. If I wanted to read dumb riddles I'd open up a Dr. Seuss book.
I don't recall keeps yourass out of a perjury trap, or further criminal jeopardy. Don't believe this, then ask Hillary.AG shouldn't lie under oath either. Jeff "I don't recall" Sessions should fire himself.
Actually it does. Not in the eyes of the law, unfortunately.
IncorrectSame difference.
