Another CSP soliciting my drivers? AGAIN

I took another contractors whole route a couple weeks ago , added it as a supplemental to my ground area. Hit big threshold number and ended up making more running his route as a supp than he would have as a psa. He took the day off and had no worries.

Even if the contract stated that you had the right to match their offer?

Each ISP I've worked for usually has some form of contract and I gave my former boss to match or better that pay raise I was offered. 2 weeks of blah blah & I gave him a one week notice. Not in the same hub though so there will be no contractor fued.

Apparently my current CSP values his drivers to offer me more pay for doing the same job. Or has better negotiations with fx to get better settlements to retain good drivers.

I'll miss my former coworkers since we usually work as a team so none of us are out on the road too late.
