If so, I need some information. I know as FedEx couriers we are not supposed to let anyone on our truck. Does that also apply to trailers? Every Monday Ground drops a trailer at a local warehouse with packages from the weekend (the warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday) Warehouse employees unload the trailer then Ground picks up the empty trailer. The packages are not on pallets so the warehouse workers have to go in the trailer and unload everything by hand. Well, today one of the warehouse workers was seriously injured after a package fell and struck him in the head. Strictly out of curiosity, is the contractor, Ground, or the warehouse liable?
