Hey guys, outsider looking in here.
Anyone here from Louisiana work as a package car driver? I’m near Baton Rouge.

I’m looking to get a job “off the street” as a driver, but I wanted to see how difficult it is. Do you have to work part time for a while, work in package sorting or something like that?

I’m 30 now and I have a family, so is this something manageable or too far gone to get into at my age. I currently have a full time job, just looking for a complete career change.

Honestly, I don't know... I'm going to take the driving part of integrad in the morning... IF I qualify I should know more about the position I'm trying to get. The HR lady hasn't been very forthcoming with information.

Baby powder on the lower regions make it bearable. That and the insane low cost of living. I'll sell you a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs for $20. Tyd.

Yeah, it’s hot probably about 9 months or so. But it’s funny because it will feel like summer and then all of a sudden it’s 30 degrees out one morning in November. Our “winter” just sort of shows up one day and comes and goes
