Oh yeah and finally KUDOS to Fedex for finally prompting customers when calling for a PUP and asking if its GROUND OR EXPRESS...
Nothing worse than running behind late at night to show up at a customers house to find out they have a GROUND package... sorry call back and ask for a GROUND pickup.
