Had a mediation hearing with UPS/BROWN attorney John Klages in Chicago back in 2003. It wasn't a mediation meeting, it was a fishing expedition by their lawyer and 2 managers.
My (our) case (charges) are still pending 3-1/2 years later. ADA, ADEA, and Retaliation. If we didn't have a valid complaint the EEOC would have issued a "Right To Sue Letter" in the first 30 to 90 days.
Patience is the name of the game. I (we) have provided the EEOC with so much documentation, they are overwhelmed.
