If the old logo is still acceptable, then why the disparity? The public views rain and cold weather jackets, 3 different styles of hats that I know of, vests, long and short sleeve shirts in different cuts on drivers. Not to mention to what the driver helpers wear that mgmt turns their heads from. If someone is comfortable, you dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that they could be more productive.
