All FT jobs and their description are to be listed and provided to the Union for the purpose of ensuring that these jobs cannot be dissolved. Also per the prior contracts agreement of the number of new FT opportunities to ensure these are created and fulfilled.
The line "FROM PT" means if no other FT bids the position that it will be filled next by promoting a PT to FT whoever is next in seniority from PT preferred job request list "should" be called and asked if they want the open position until one accepts. In no circumstance is breaking the job allowed.
The national master also stipulates that it will supersede/override any supplements and addendums. If the master provides more benefit to the employee then the supplement is void.
