7 p/u stops (or pulls) 10000 pcs, 70 miles, 9.5hrs ......oh wait does feeder count, my a/c was broken so I did sweat a bit

Hey Dave-
Feeders don't count.
Everyone knows that because we (feeders) aren't out there jumping in and out of a pkg car, meeting with the customer, DR'ing packages and developing leads that we aren't making the company any money.
I mean, after all, the biggest decision we make is what radio station we will listen to.

(sarcasm intended)

Average 8 or so 10:30 commits that are spread out all over....110-125 stops per day 120-140 packages. No scheduled pickups, drive 130 miles a day.

Maybe someday I too will want to become arrogant,out of shape,lazy,no longer wishing to meet woman,working nights,spend all kinds of money on clothles promoting that Im a feeder driver,driving 80000 pounds in snow and rain , top picks on vacation,plus a few grand of Xmas money then and only then, transfer to feeders.

central fl mondays 130 stops 18 nda 35 buss rest resys 9 pickups 2 ocas. 220 pkgs del 120 to 2oo pickup pkgs. 730 eta to bldg.. 11o miles tue thur fri 100 stops 280 pkgs 85 signature stops 2 pick ups 8 830 eta to bldg. i take my lunch every day split it into 2to 3 breaks.

Damn, makes me sound underworked.

80-90 delivery stops & maybe 7 or 8 OCAs normally, shame UPS in the UK wont match domestic carrier rates, at the moment we're 30% or so more expensive than the rest. BTW i have a 60 miles drive from centre to first drop, takes anything from hr and ten mins - 2 hrs :sad:

southeast PA, 140 stops, 50 com's, rest are resi's, 30 p/u's, 60 miles. usually 400 pieces del (1/4 of that are airs), 300 picked up. that is the average 9.5 hr day

Monday 70 stops, 200 pieces, 240miles, and 62missed 12hours
Tuesday 85 stops 180 pieces 250miles, and 60 missed. 13hours

I'm out blind on a route, that optimums at 85...
WTF are there 140 stops on the car...

Hello friends , i have many trucks working for UPS and all have diferent routes with diferent stops , i have one who delivers 30/40 stops on a route of 500miles and another who delivers 120/140 stops on a route of 120 miles. Portugal Lisbon center .
