I can see where you could take that assessment. My thought is we have to be aware of possible changes and innovations, especially when it occurs in the Pension realm. Pension is basically the only thing that is differentiating us between the masses. Without the Pension, we are just Amazon, FedEx, etc. etc. In addition, we have a leadership that follows these boards. I know this because I was in the union office rooms and saw them following these websites. By staying ahead of the game and the curve we can stave off attacks on the very foundation for which we continue our employment.
