Nope Article 40 Section 1 #5

They cut a lot of PM air drivers here, RPCD doing most of the drop box pick ups. Could this language be used to thwart this???

The Company shall not expand the utilization of part-time employ- ees to pick up drop boxes, including those containing ground pack- ages. The Company shall provide the International Teamsters Union with a report no later than March 1, 2013 and, thereafter, an annual report by August 15th of each year for the prior contract year identifying for each Local Union the total number of drop box- es being picked up by regular full-time package drivers, full-time air/combo drivers, and part-time air drivers. The ratio of drop boxes picked up by regular full-time package drivers, full-time air/combo drivers and part-time air drivers shall be maintained (within two (2) percentage points) during the term of this Agreement. Additional drop boxes will be picked up by the same ratio of regular full-time drivers, full-time air/combo drivers and part-time air drivers as es- tablished by the March 1, 2013 report. The size and dimensions of drop boxes existing on February 1, 2013, and those added thereaf- ter, shall not be increased, without the consent of the Union.

Well, the deal has nothing to do with that. It was a deal made 15 years ago and it has always been that way, with the routes on some of the drivers who couldn't do certain pick ups too. Then all of a sudden it was a issue , cause a driver who knew the situation of how it was being done for years. But when you have family now working there weathwr its full time or part they will make sure their baby is taken care of . Iam sorry but we have to much game playing and special treatment at our center and not much representation at all far as union goes ! But Thank You for your imput
!

It could be possible. Problem is it's Article 40 language and they have their own committee I believe. So probably would depend on how could a case your local could put together.
