Right or wrong that deal was made years earlier and only related to the later trial in how the judge screwed up. Nothing Castor did had anything to do with the case getting thrown out. The judge was the one that decided previous deals were no longer binding. Apparently he was wrong since the State Supreme Court ruled otherwise.
