Nope, Manhattan DA has said there will be no criminal charges against Trump. The State of New York meanwhile has said there will be no criminal charges but may go forward with a civil case. Maybe someday you'll get your wish, but just as in the Russian collusion fiasco it's a nothing burger.

It amazes me that EVERY thread on here eventually ends up dealing with Trump in one way or the other. Give it a rest. What is does and does not pertain to Trump will be determined as these proceedings go forward. If prosecutors have found a good entry point in the organization and can work their way up through it then only time will tell. BTW Prosecutors have asked the court to revoke Allan W's passport claiming that he's a flight risk.

A dirty DA that only cared about getting a conviction. Mostly the fault was his but also the judge who knew he was violating the defendants rights. Cosby would have already been out on parole if he had quit fighting and admitted guilt.

Cases like this only end up with fines from the IRS. Probably never been a criminal case under similar circumstances.

This is all they could come up with after years of fishing expeditions. I wonder why no Democrats were similarly targeted.
