Always have to report them whether your in your car or in the UPS vehicle. You know if you speed and you get in a wreck your going to get ripped in half by management assuming all tractors have GPS. I have no idea but a guy got in big trouble when he crashed his tractor and load going around a curve at like 2 mph over the speed limit. Over9five has it rite to set the cruise just under the speed limit.
