This really depends on where you are? Out west you should know you can transfer. Other places you can transfer within the local.

Yes. We have drivers rehired, even some that had been previously terminated hired for peak last year. That said there's no chance of you have filed as many grievances as me.

Not necessarily. We had a feeder driver quit and get rehired in Ohio as a feeder driver and he was a shop steward here.
