Can someone debunk this? Are these jobs cherry picking?

Who cares? The public doesn’t pay negotiate our contract, sign our checks, or have much of a choice how their junk gets shipped to them.
That is true but for some new people wanting to join UPS they think that they will get 7 weeks vacation. Maybe after 30 years if they even last that long.

They are inflating the numbers damn sure isnt average for feeders making that much. Worked last year at 32/hr pulling ot like crazy second half of the year just to hit 90k. Our on call board would drop that average down fast as most of them are hardly working.

Pt takes 9 months for insurance to kick in. Most wont work here that long.
Sleeper varies heavily on mileage and wait times. Some sleeper runs only work 3 or 4 days of the week. Damn sure not averaging 172k

Would like to know what the ‘total compensation’ formula is because they are misleading people.

Total compensation is benefits and pension contributions plus your pay.

Those averages are including ~$45k of benefits. If you told me the avg feeder pay was around $115k in my area I'd believe it.
