Can you get fired for customer complaints?

I had a driver. We referred to him as crazy Dave. Guy had that “I’m gonna rape and murder your family” kind of look in his eyes.

Best thing to do.... fill out a delivery notice and say see you tomorrow.

Or scan them all CIR and leave them with her.

I had a guy that used to jerk me around on COD's. One day he was on the phone holding his finger up to tell me wait a minute (which turns into 10 to 15 minutes) I scanned them all NM1 and left.

He raced out to the truck as I was loading them up. I told him that my boss only gives me 3 minutes per stop and his time allotment was up.
The next day he had the checks ready and never screwed with me again.

Being professional and factual diffuses many tense situations and realistically, we drivers are responsible to two people:
The company who shipped the pkg.
And...
the company who pays for my labor.
