What does a Center Manger for a hub or a small center make a year? I always wanted to know this because for all the blame they receive and ups even tells them how to wipe their ass, they must make really good money or why even bother?

I have been told $100K plus stock.

Probably closer to 75K plus stock, which is a variable.....

Sounds about right. It probably varies on the size of the hub.

If they have to cover two buildings, they get twice as much. It's not a bad gig. Plus, when they retire, they retire a millionaire. Gross annual income, including stock, is anywhere from 130K to 230K.

I have never heard of a manager receiving double pay but I would take a relocation for that. I also have never heard of a manger eclipsing 200k but maybe somewhere.

The reason you never heard of either is that these were made up.

I think he meant the part about getting double pay; THAT part was made up. There are lots of center managers covering two buildings these days. Doubt they get more pay for it.

I have never understood why the company would pay $70K year to a puppet who isnt even allowed to make a decision.
