My center manager told me he should get the one armed kid they hired for peak to demonstrate grasping opposite corners at the pcm. Then laughed, he then said it's okay to talk like that because he goes to church and god will forgive him.

This story seems very strange.

How long has this center manager been around? 12 years is a long time. The last two center manager that I had weren't even with the company that long ago and how many know personal details about employee's siblings?

Our center manager's usually stick around for a while. Ups sends them here to die. Half of my coworkers are friends with the management team on facebook. They gossip like in high schoolers here.

And nothing will be done. We had a sup call a guy a lazy n***** in front of a ton of witnesses and he still works for the company.

File a complaint with the EEOC. that will get the company's attention.

It's amazing how low some of these will management stoop. I have a horrible story, but I feel uncomfortable telling it because if the wrong person reads it, it gives my building and center away. I will say it involves an employee committing suicide.

Little back story first. About 12 years ago one of our drivers sister got killed in an unsolved hit and run. If you have never lost a loved one so tragically truste you have no idea how hard it feels for the rest of your life.
Well this driver and the center manager have been having arguments over Orion and him running as we are told to. Our center manager told him to his face that he is soft and it's because of his sister.
How can we have people like this running buildings. This is beyond low.

He probably said it, hoping that the driver would snap and they could walk him off for insubordination. Is it wrong what the center manager said? Absolutely. But the only one who can be walked off in that situation is the driver, if he snapped. What a dirtbag that center manager is. He tried to bait the driver into doing something foolish.

We had 2 drivers commit suicide in the space of 3 years and our management team was fantastic. they are also great when a family member passes for the most part.
