this has to be a joke. we put chains on tractor trailers all the time in the yard when there is chain control on the highway.

or maybe was this during the summer when it was 100 degrees and the asphalt was soft? was this for training ?

A few months ago, we were still in winter... heck, I had snowstorms until early April!!!

The owner is calling after that looooong time after the incident.

Freeze/thawed cycles for the next couple of months to show what some people call "potholes" & now that owner of the parking lot is crying out for some UPS $$$$$
