This sounds like a movie plot. Can't wait for the next episode. The Obama administration is hoping for this mess to blow over during the memorial weekend. The DC media establishment loves this president and to some degree they too hope this would go away but there are many people who will continue to dig into this which seems at face book like a bribe. Both parties are calling for an investigation but will the attorney general look into it? and will his investigation be forthright?. How quickly we forget, congress's dealing with the Bush administration firing of Federal judges.

President Obama and his chief of staff Rahm Emanuel are lifetime members
of the same gay bath house in uptown Chicago, according to informed
sources in Chicago's gay community, as well as veteran political sources
in the city.

The bath house, Man's Country, caters to older white men and it has been
in business for some 30 years and is known as one of uptown Chicago's
"grand old bathhouses." WMR was told by sources who are familiar with
the bath house that it provides lifetime memberships to paying customers
and that the club's computerized files and pre-computer paper files,
include membership information for both Obama and Emanuel.
Members of Man's Country are also issued club identification cards.
WMR learned that Obama and Emanuel possessed the ID cards, which
were required for entry.

Obama began frequenting Man's Country in the mid-1990s, during the
time he transitioned from a lecturer at the University of Chicago
Law School to his election as an Illinois State Senator in 1996.
Emanuel, reportedly joined Man's Country after he left the Clinton
White House and moved back to Chicago in 1998, joining the
investment firm of Wasserstein Perella and maintaining his
membership during his 2002 campaign for the U.S. 5th District
House.
Man's Country appears to be a "one stop shopping" center for gay men.
The club's website advertises steam rooms, "fantasy rooms," bed rooms,
male strippers, adult movies, and lockers.

However, Man's Country was not the only location for Obama's predatory
gay sex activities. The Chicago gay community is aware that Obama
often made contacts with younger men at his famous "pick-up basketball"
games. It was at these "pick up" matches where Obama first met Emanuel
and a young Democratic campaign worker and senior bank vice president
named Alexi Giannoulias. Currently running for Obama's old U.S. Senate
seat now occupied by Roland Burris.

Sources in Chicago's gay community report that Obama was
attracted to Man's Country's older white clientele because
he generally enjoys being fellated by older white men.
Obama would regularly be seen at Man's Country on Wednesdays.
Jeremiah Wright, the pastor of Obama's former church of 20 years,
Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC) on Chicago's south side,
ran what was essentially a matchmaking service for gay married black
professional members of the church, including lawyers and businessmen,
particularly those with children. The matchmaking club was called
the "Down Low Club" but references to it over the phone and email
simply referred to the group with the code phrase "DLC." The ruse,
according to our sources, was to make anyone who was eavesdropping
on the communications believe that the references were to the
Democratic Leadership Council, also known as the DLC.
The gay DLC's services were intended to keep ensure TUCC's gay members
avoided posting solicitations on web services like Craig's List and
refrain from cruising gay bars. The strategy was to protect them
from getting busted and being "outed."

Among the members of the gay "DLC" were Obama and TUCC's choir director,
Donald Young, an openly gay man who reportedly had a sexual relationship
with Obama. Two other gay members of the church were Larry Bland and
Nate Spencer. Young and Bland were brutally murdered, execution style,
in late 2007. Bland was murdered on November 17, 2007 and Young on
December 24, 2007. The latter was killed by multiple gunshot wounds.
Spencer reportedly died on December 26, 2007, official cause of death:
"septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV.
The gay community in Chicago knows to keep away from the TUCC
and "DLC" stories because of the "creepiness" of the operation .
Reggie Love, a former Duke basketball and football player and unsuccessful
National Basketball hopeful, currently serves as Obama's personal trainer
and White House "special assistant" -- he has been called Obama's "body man"
-- who receives a salary of $104,000 a year. Love is also reportedly one
of Obama's regular gay sex partners.
Chicago sources believe the Secret Service records of presidential
candidate Obama's activities in Chicago would show that Obama regularly
arrived at Love's Chicago residence at 9:00 am and departed at 9:15 am.
Sources told WMR that while 15 minutes is much too short for a personal
training exercise.

Emanuel, who is 50, also travel frequently with a male companion,
a wealthy Chicago real estate developer, some five to six years his senior.
WMR has learned from Chicago's gay community as well as political sources
that Emanuel and his friend have gone together on a trip to India,
skiing vacations, and soon plan a vacation in Florida, sans Mrs. Emanuel and the kids.

In Chicago's gay community, Emanuel is known as "sugar daddy," promising
young men with perks and lucrative positions if they sleep with him.
On occasion, Emanuel has been with older men, such as his travel companion,
but his preference is young, according to WMR's sources. Emanuel also often
uses bicycling and basketball venues to make his approaches. Being an
Emanuel "basketball buddy" is a key to professional success.

Men who have reportedly had sexual relations with Barack Obama

Donald Young, TUCC Choir director

Larry Sinclair, gay escort

Reggie Love, White House presidential assistant and Obama's "body man"

Artur Davis, US Representative from Alabama and gubernatorial candidate

Bill Frist, former GOP Senate Majority Leader

Deval Patrick, Governor of Massachusetts

Wild Bill strikes again:

White House Asked Bill Clinton to Urge Sestak to Drop Out of Senate Race

The White House asked former President Bill Clinton to talk to Rep. Joe Sestak about the possibility of obtaining a senior position in the Obama administration if he would drop out of the Democratic primary race against establishment-backed Sen. Arlen Specter, the Obama administration said in a report released Friday morning.
The report comes one day after President Obama insisted "nothing improper" happened with Sestak. On that same day, Obama had lunch with Clinton.

Perfect Timing for Obama on Sestak Report?

President Obama flew to Louisiana Friday for a first-hand look at the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster, trailed as usual by a small army of America’s press corps. Hours after Air Force One took off with Obama aboard – and the start of the long, lazy holiday weekend – the White House announced it would issue its report on Rep. Joe Sestak’s claim that he was offered a senior-level job if he dropped his Senate bid. Innocent Coincidence or Have We Been Played? You Decide!

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2010/05/28/decide-sestak-obama-clinton-report-louisiana-gulf-spill/

Something Stinks At the White House

When it comes to the continuing Sestak scandal, the White House is up to their eyeballs in a cover-up. Major Garrett, Fox News' chief White House correspondent flat-out asked the president to come clean at his press conference yesterday. He asked what did the White House know, when did they know it and who participated in conversations with regard to Congressman Sestak being offered a job in exchange for him agreeing not to challenge Senator Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania's primary.
The president refused to answer Major’s question and instead promised that the White House would have a response soon.
The president knew full well that the strategy was to release the shocking revelation that former President Clinton spoke with Congressman Sestak on the Friday of the long Memorial Day weekend and at a time he knew that the media would be focused almost exclusively on his trip to the Gulf for the BP oil spill disaster. The president himself is now participating in a cover up. It has long been the practice of presidential administrations to release damaging news on a weekend or better yet a holiday weekend when the public's attention is elsewhere, hoping that the bad news would pass without major exposure.

The Sestak story -- like most scandals -- gets worse everyday with the dribs and drabs of information. The bombshell that a former president, who himself was steeped in scandal and was impeached for lying, would be called upon to strong arm a Democratic Congressman into not running in a primary is outrageous. President Clinton is also a lawyer and should have known better.
The fact is that Rep. Sestak alleges that a “White House official” spoke to him at the White House. Well, President Clinton may be acting as a surrogate in this matter but, he certainly is NOT a White House official. Who asked Mr. Clinton to speak to Congressman Sestak? Was it the president's chief of staff Rahm Emanuel? Did Mr. Sestak meet with a White House staff member? Who was that person?

It is also very suspicious that President Clinton would have a “private” lunch with President Obama yesterday, just before today's announcement. Surely those two are “circling the wagons” to get their stories straight. Bill Clinton lied before with regard to scandal and he is likely to do it again.
This story is not going away. The American people want answers. It is only a matter of time when the truth will come out.

Congressman: White House Job Offer to Sestak May Be an 'Impeachable' Offense

If this is the case, then every President since GW (George Washington) should have been impeached....
Tell you what, why don't you and BaBa, start an Impeach the President petition, we will all be waiting with bated breath.... !

So you are condoning this action because you think every presidents admin has done it in the past? The attention of this is from even the lame stream media, not just fox news.
I have to wonder if it would be ok with you for Obama to call for a hit on...say Glenn Beck, because other presidents may have done the same thing?
Zero campaigned on a new direction for politics, promising in nearly every speech he made to break the cycle of backroom deals and special treatment. Just more out right, in your face lying from your Messiah.

Issa: Explanation of Sestak Deal Is Bad Cover-Up of Crime

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/05/30/issa-id-accept-fbi-exoneration-white-house-sestak-affair/

A California congressman who called it an "impeachable" offense for the administration to offer Rep. Joe Sestak a job in exchange for his quitting a Senate bid said Sunday the cover-up, as usual, appears worse than the crime.

Issa said Sunday candidate Obama pledged to conduct a transparent administration so he should submit to an FBI review.
"The question is, has this been transparent? No. Has there been stalling? Yes. Is there a possibility that what we're being told now is not true because it's not so plausible? Yes. Should there be independent investigation so we can move on? Yes," Issa told "Fox News Sunday."
"I don't want to be investigating this. I don't want the White House investigating itself. The FBI or the attorney general should see that it's investigated so the American people can feel they can put this behind them," he said.
Issa added he would accept the result if an FBI investigation exonerates the White House of an illegal bribe.

Apparently, Barack Obama learned nothing from Rod Blagojevich's attempted sale of his own Illinois Senate seat. Perhaps this is just the Chicago way.

First, there was no offer at all, according to the Obama Administration, which denied that Joe Sestak's charge that he had been offered a "high-ranking" presidential appointment in exchange for withdrawing from the Pennsylvania Senate race. Then, there were some conversations that had taken place, but they weren't "problematic." Now, an offer for an appointment was made, but it wasn't high-ranking, it was only an "uncompensated" position on a Presidential advisory board.

And it was "fully consistent with the relevant law".

Right.

There are, of course, many problems with the White House's story. For example, unpaid roles on commissions, advisory boards, or the like in the Administration are not "high-ranking". When asked by journalist Larry Kane the job offered was "high-ranking," Sestak said yes. That indicates a senior position, such as Secretary, Assistant Secretary, or a Czarship or the like.

There are other problems with the cover story. Does anyone really believe that Congressman Sestak doesn't know that an advisory panel is not "high-ranking"? Why would somebody give up being a Senator for six years in exchange for a seat on some advisory board? That seems like a rather poor deal to be offered.

Moreover, does anyone believe that the White House would make such a poor offer?

Finally, and most importantly, even if all Sestak was offered was an advisory panel — which is to be doubted based on Sestak's statement confirming that it was a "high-ranking" job offered — it still violates the law.

According to 18 U.S.C. § 600, entitled "Promise of employment or other benefit for political activity":

"Whoever, directly or indirectly, promises any employment, position, compensation, contract, appointment, or other benefit, provided for or made possible in whole or in part by any Act of Congress, or any special consideration in obtaining any such benefit, to any person as consideration, favor, or reward for any political activity or for the support of or opposition to any candidate or any political party in connection with any general or special election to any political office, or in connection with any primary election or political convention or caucus held to select candidates for any political office, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

A full year in prison and/or fined for selling a presidential appointment, whether directly or indirectly. Both former President Bill Clinton and top Obama advisor Rahm Emmanuel have already been implicated in this clear violation of law. But the authority had to come from somewhere. Only one person has the power to make a Presidential appointment, and that's Barack Obama.

And whether a paid or unpaid post, the relevant statute is crystal clear, and much broader — it extends to any appointment or position, or any benefit at all.

The Legal Counsel has admitted that the White House engaged in "discussions of alternatives to the Senate campaign" and at least promised an appointment in exchange for Sestak pulling out of the race.

That is a damning admission by the White House. They're opening statement on this matter has been to overtly admit to violating the law.

The White House even illuminates as to what the rationale for offering Sestak the appointment was: "The Democratic Party leadership had a legitimate interest in averting a divisive primary fight and a similarly legitimate concern about the Congressman vacating his seat in the House." Obama may have had a perfectly political rationale for offering this job, but that does not change the clear language of the law.

Offering Joe Sestak anything of value, including an appointment, as a "reward for any political activity," in this case to pull out of the Pennsylvania Senate, is against the law. It's a bribe. Barack Obama is supposed to be enforcing the law, not making bribes.

This story is not going away. Eric Holder should appoint a special prosecutor, even if it is to look into his own boss. And the House of Representatives should be immediately launch investigations, including an ethics inquiry into Sestak, and subpoena every person thus far implicated in this case: Rahm Emmanuel, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.

Look, more Obama transparency:

White House Faces Fresh Questions Over Back-Room Dealmaking

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...-job-primary-challenger-colorado-sources-say/

Former Colorado House of Representatives Speaker Andrew Romanoff on Wednesday night released a copy of an e-mail in which White House deputy chief of staff Jim Messina described three federal international development jobs that might be available to him if he were not challenging Sen. Michael Bennet for the Democratic nomination.

How Many Democrat Primary Candidates did Obama Successfully Persuade to Take a Dive?

Last week White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs appeared to affirm that Barack Obama was directly responsible for the job offers made to Joe Sestak and Andrew Romanoff in return for dropping out of U.S. Senate races.

Said Gibbs, "the President has, as the leader of the party, has an interest in ensuring that supporters don't run against each other in contested primaries..."

This differed slightly with White House Counsel Robert Bauer's somewhat carefully-crafted account of the situation that "The Democratic Party leadership had a legitimate interest in averting a divisive primary fight and a similarly legitimate concern about [Congressman Sestak] vacating his seat in the House."

Realizing the value of Gibbs' admission of Obama's express interest in the job offers, the reporter responded to Gibbs: "But that makes it sound like he did know about them, then." To which, Gibbs responded, "No, no, he's not aware of the individual circumstances."

This is being handled very poorly by the Obama Administration. On one hand their essential case is that no laws were broken and are in fact legitimized by Obama's status as Democrat Party leader, but on the other, that Obama apparently knew nothing of the actual job offers.

But, if no laws were broken and the job offers are perfectly legitimate, why take such pains to dissociate Obama's direct involvement? Why the initial denials in both the Sestak and Romanoff cases by the White House? Why has the Justice Department thus far refused to appoint a special counsel, as requested by Representative Darrell Issa, and by Senate Republicans?

They're acting guilty.

Indeed, if everything is above board, should not the White House publish the names of every candidate that has been offered some sort of appointment with dropping out of a political race as a precondition?

And which candidates obliged the request? Speculation is already swirling. Was it Ed Case in HI-CD1, who dropped out of the race against newly-elected Representative Charles Djou in favor of Colleen Hanabusa? "My heart tells me to stay in this fight, but my head says this has become the wrong fight," Case told his supporters.

Perhaps Harold Ford, Jr. took a dive, who dropped out of a primary battle against incumbent New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand after he wrote that he was bullied by party bosses. Or maybe Representative Steve Israel, whom according to the New York Post "Obama personally called and asked to drop out." Or Representative Carolyn Maloney. But not to worry, the White House has already denied claims that they might have been offered jobs, too, because reporters wanted to know.

No wonder. You see, it begs the question. If Sestak and Romanoff were offered positions and refused, there may have been candidates that were made offers that accepted.

And it is a question that the White House press corps must demand an answer to: If the Administration truly believes that offering candidates positions to drop out of races is completely lawful, and there is nothing to hide, will it now release a list of every candidate it has "discussed alternatives" to running for office with?

Because the stonewalling is making Obama look guilty.
