Christmas tip/gift for your loader

If it is a driver's regular loader they usually tip

I’ve had years where I had a different loader every few months, still gave them a $20 even if they just happened to be my loader for peak.

Loading is probably the toughest job here, would feel bad if I didn’t do something. Plus, when I have a newbie at peak they usually give me more hours running misloads. $20 is a cheap thanks.

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge

Just saying old drivers are more inclined to tip vs the new drivers now

I haven’t seen my loader all year. They’re long gone by the time we start. My load looks different almost everyday I don’t think I even have a regular guy. They make bank now. They don’t need tips.

...

Nah
Buy a car for $1000/mo+. Then lease it to yourself as a business, so it practically pays for itself. Or something. Then give the keys to your preloader for a job well (or horribly) done.

The financial guru has spoken.
