security called and they sad they need the serial # from the camera. i told him if i had the camera i could get that info to him, and since the box was lost i have noway to get it, he then said unless i can get the serial # they wont release the claim, even though i have given them copies of the purchase receipt and a copy of my cc statement showing what was charged and what it would cost to replace it. i was looking over the terms and conditions on paying claims and according to that i have provided more than enough proof as to value of the item and proof of shipment, so it looks like i will have to go to court to get my claim paid. Does anybody know where i will need to send the court papers?
