I know what you're talking about though. I've had to reload someone elses ty load. Shelf 1 in back and 8 up front the driver was not happy.

At the minimum they should at least give you time to fine sort it before you head out.

Showed up one day last peak and the entire load was stacked up in a big pile. They ran out of package cars. Had to wait for an air driver to get back lol. Logistics.

OMG, there's always that one Union guy who'll yell at a driver for sorting/rearranging his truck before they leave. I've seen it happen. I'd slap the outta that rep.

Just found it to be an interesting proposal, I wasn't aware there were any union jobs at UPS where the wage tops out.
