The10% could conduct themselves in whatever LAWFUL manner they wanted . Setting up a blockade to willfully obstruct the cross border flow of international commerce was not lawful activity. They were duly warned that their conduct was illegal and that there would be consequences under Canadian law. But, as consenting adults they chose to ignore the warnings. Whatever the case they would not be granted US entry without being vaccinated. They took the attitude that the democratically elected governments of 2 sovereign nations wasn't going to tell them what to do. They can plead their cases in court.

They is a convoy of road tractors reportedly coming from California to DC. So you're looking at about 500 gallons of fuel in to DC and 500 gallons of fuel back to CA per truck , plus tolls, meals etc. So they'll only get as far as their money will carry them.
