And they're willing to get legally entangled with people who have proven themselves willing to participate in risky or dangerous behavior? And to facilitate this European countries, already strapped for cash, are willing to take the expense and burden of housing these known felons off of Canada's government? Really?

whether they can afford it or not is beyond the question. its based on immigration law.
