Could someone do both UPS Reimbursement & Fedex Tuition Reimbursement if work for both companies?

At my hub we had a new hire walk in on his first night demanding his 1,500.00 edcor check.

Was told he had to work here for a certain amount of time to qualify.

He quit before the start of the shift.

YeahI... Here you can't work for FedEx and ups at the same time. However Amazon offers paid schooling as well with minimum of 4 shifts per week so I would look into a local part time sort center if that was your plan. Good luck!

Quit trying to scam the system.

You do it everyday to make your numbers look so damn good.. Like they gaf anyway... A 50+ year old running their ass off and so paranoid of the company calling them out about production that they will do anything to stay off the radar.. Pretty pathetic old timer....

Theoretically that is possible as there is little stopping you from working both companies. Assuming you have seniority at UPS they can't do much about it, but if Fedex were to learn you were working for UPS too chances are good they would fire you for a conflict of interest but it would depend on how badly they need the bodies as well.
