You can sue anyone for anything.. the question is...do you have a case. When you were hired did they tell you you were on a probation for 30 days? If yes, and they let you go before the 30 days was up, ups was within their rights to let you go. Is it right to do that, no. Legally, they played by the rules. Please do not read anything into this post, I am not defending ups, just stating the facts.
