Yes I'm aware that inguinal hernias happen when a person has this natural susceptibility. However, I am sure that loading 150lb boxes was the factor that pushed my guts out the susceptible hole in question.

So you are not sure you did it at UPS. I consider it Workmans Comp Fraud if you file a claim. If you do what any of these other knuckle heads suggest ITS FRAUD. Doing a little research for everyone:

You have 30 days to file an osha recordable injury. That's the law.

Every state is different. Some have 1 year to claim an injury. 2 years for an occupational injury.
