pharma is covered if you are poor to some degree. not sure about dental and optical. you can get it if you have work insurance. the US only has average outcomes, like i said.
Average outcomes based on? I know I can drive 10 minutes up the road and get an MRI without an appointment and it doesn't take me 8 weeks to 6 months see a specialist. Rural America has access problems and the way our insurance system is setup is defective, but it has potential to be great.

Common sense reforms like below would help.
The ability to purchase insurance nationwide.
Insurance companies charge uniform individual rates.
Insurance that follows you when you change jobs ( no lapse in coverage)
Some kind of a public option that isn't paid for by taxing the middleclass.
Prescription drug pricing reform.

That may be true. I'm only familiar with Sanders' plan, which does not. In any case, that's the kind of stuff that's supposed to get worked out and negotiated in Congress. No plan goes through as originally written (eg ACA).
You might want to refresh your knowledge of Sanders plan.

The Sander's plan bans private insurers offering the same insurance offered through M4A. It does not ban private, supplemental insurance. That's how most of the countries with better healthcare systems work as well.

my buddy wrecked his knee he had to wait a week or so to get surgery. ppl come into the hospital and i will do ecg on them at docs request. but yea its not a perfect system although preferable to US system. we dont have 45,000 ppl dying / year because lack of access.

They should negotiate fair practices

So it bans private primary health insurance? Got it.

yea i recall hearing that you cant leave private primary health insurance either. we have supplemental up here, im not sure what % of the population pays for it, i dont.

when my dad travels to vacation to america his travel insurance reminds me of the US system because he basically cant afford full coverage under it with his health problems. so if he gets sick hes in big trouble.

aca was a joke. it was what 2000 pages. i think our healthcare for all law up here is 1 page. it expanded coverage...not enough...but the costs skyrocketed too.

Yeah. I feel there may well be better ways to do it, but because of our effed up political climate and system, I don't anticipate a creative and world-renowned new healthcare fix ever getting through. I was a fan of universal healthcare vouchers back in the day, but it was just too complex for Congress to figure out. M4A is the "best" thing on the table right now, and it's not even really on the table.

Trump wanted to destroy the culture of big government!
He strongly believed in the American Spirit and American Culture.

BLM wants to be pull down the American Culture and replace it with a Marxist culture.
trump wants to destroy our Democratic system and install a third world strong man rule. This is why he admires Putin and North Koreas leader Kim Jong-un.
