Does the harassment to the level that UPS uses it, actually make them more money. I feel there is a great possibility UPS could make more money with less warning letters, suspensions, and firings. I feel UPS worries too much about having leverage over there employees. I see good workers get bad attitudes because of a stupid warning letters that didn't need to be handed out. UPS pays for it in many ways.
