I have teamcare and humana for dental. Had an implant done a few years ago. I believe i paid just under $1,000 between the surgeon and dentist.

Currently going through this myself. Just had surgery to remove 2 molars and put in bone grafts. That's covered at 100%. The implants themselves are covered at 80%.
