I don't understand how some areas can load up on 5's, while in my center they said we couldn't get enough boards to go around including 4's. Not even enough 5's for the drivers.

Gotta let them know early so you can get as many as they'll send you

We have more than enough; in fact, I will be swapping my DIAD out for one of the newer helper boards after Peak.

My jumper, who has been to driving school, is very poor with the diad. He asks me the same questions everyday and it frustrated the outta me!

They don't make me use a helper board for some reason. Other drivers are forced to use them though.

So you were just kidding eh? Two years ago, one of the drivers I worked with did just that when he didn't have the DIAD IV. We just took turns on his.

I don't quite understand this. Helpers would willingly use their own time learning how to use DIAD, but UPS doesn't allow it. Instead we have to annoy the driver with silly questions and waste his time.

That said, if anyone would have something to pm me, I would greatly appreciate it and I'm sure my driver would appreciate it too

Truth be told, there is little that you could do to learn the DIAD while sitting at home as there would be no data loaded to work with.

Any driver worth his or her salt could have you up to speed on the basics within just a few hours.
