Full head of hair.
Over 35 years down.

Stopped letting management affect me 20 years ago. I consider them temporary employees. I don't care what they say. If I have an accident, or am an hour over, get stuck in the snow, oh well.

I will proudly display all my warning letters as a collage at my retirement party.

Enjoy your route and customers. Don't hurry, ever. Mind you I don't steal time but I work at a normal person pace, not the normal UPS pace. They eventually give up and adjust the production numbers.

I use 9.5 grievances to control my hours. You have to be persistent. Have gone to panel over it.

The job is what you make of it. I dreaded it years ago. You have to decide management will not affect you. Take the time to enjoy the customers. Life is beautiful!

This post = Winner.

There’s guys who are bricked out every day, work long hours and get harassed by management yet never get stressed out. Idk how they do it... They’re either mentally tough or suppress their frustration and will eventually implode.

All it takes is one bad day.....
