Looks like they made a deal:
If your family makes less than $150k, you'll get $2400, plus $500 per child.
Individuals who make under $75k will get $1200, plus $500 per child.
Payments then scale down, and phase out completely at $99k per individual, or $198k per couple.
That's $250 billion for direct payments, $350 billion in small business loans, $250 billion in unemployment insurance benefits, and $500 billion in loans for "distressed companies" (corporate America).
