Dunno we just got approval to hire 25 more...not sure why. our parking lot looks like a cargo van dealership.
Maybe they are planning on launching all of us at 8AM and be done delivering everything by noon. Instead of having 100crrs out for 8hrs each, we'll have 200 out for 4 hours.

We have only a handful at our station, and they are planning to redesign routes and reassign those couriers.

Heard what? they had 5 "final" interviews today, pretty much if they show up they'll get a job. we have double the number of employees we did 20 months ago. we even lost 6 to retirement and 4 transfers out in that time.

Given the quality of the new hires they're going to have to hire a lot more people. One of our new hires locked themselves out of their van yesterday. When they called the station asking for help they couldn't provide a location. WTF? It wasn't as if they were there to do a delivery and had a LEO with a frickin' map feature. A CSA had to bring out a spare set of keys and play Marco Polo just to find them. You just can't make this stuff up.
