Clearly not the hourly, union 401k.
I'm guessing it's referring to management's 401k which is different than the hourly, union 401k.

The company has never put a penny in my 401K, I wish they would. Only management gets a little contribution.
But new management doesn't get a pension.
Only government gives away free money, quite often without even working.
You can buy ups stock for a 5% discount. But there are no guarantees the stock will grow
I would so much rather have a defined contribution into my 401k
Nothing we can do about it.
Could you imagine what the union would do if we all voted no and said screw the pension give us our money?
Heck,they got our healthcare now.
We are essentially letting someone else control a quarter of our pay.
Because nobody voted!
So UPS only matches on this 401k plan for management? I was able to enroll...
Hourlies are in the UPS/Teamster 401K. No match.
I was asking about the plan OP posted about. Not the Teamsters plan.
