I completely agree, most the CSA issues have been on the line haul side of the house, and a lot of the violations besides the language barrier that you pointed out were for the drivers not carrying their medical cards, sounds dumb but it was a issue that was constantly addressed at our round tables, to Grounds credit at least at my domicile they corrected the problem by having us show our medical cards to the dispatcher before they give us our TLCRs and dispatch us, no card no dispatch, also the high number of roll overs involving sets, particularly with the team operations hasn't helped matters either.
