Driver arrested for Felony Dui

I filed on using delivery drivers in the car wash. Stopped it for a while.

One of our rpcds was recently arrested for Felony DUI and child abuse after wrecking vehicle with children in the car and blowing over .08. Luckily kids are ok…

Haven’t seen this before at our building, I wonder their chances of termination? Or even the next steps from here on out

I think it varies state by state. Usually felonies are after multiple other offenses within a period of time. Or if you're drunk driving with kids in the car...yah most likely felony in every state.

Just got off a call with Carol….he will be back Cyber Monday and work through the New Years, then be fired for some trivial bs in January. As bad as this all sounds, she said the silver lining to all this is the empty cans were Bud Light.

We had a driver get pulled over by the cops for drunk driving while in a UPS package car. He isn’t a UPS employee anymore. In his mug shot you can see the brown collar of his work shirt. Lucky for UPS the mug shots are mostly head shots so the public wouldn’t know it was a UPS shirt.

There's a decent chance he will keep his job. We have multiple drivers with DUIs. And a good attorney could get that DUI reduced to a non moving violation.

How can "Driving Under the Influence" be reduced to a non moving violation? That's like murder being reduced to assault.

Hell probably plead down to basic DUI and pay about $10k, be put on a temporary work assignment in the building until his license gets released, then agree to a SAP and be back to normal. Sorry @Cheesypurpletees, you aren't moving up.
